At Slice Bites, our journey began with a simple idea and a passion for quality food. It all started with Katie's dream of owning her own business. She knew she wanted something special, but finding the perfect fit proved to be a challenge. Meanwhile, Nate, her husband and former chef in fine dining, was grappling with burnout and contemplating leaving the culinary world.

After years of searching for the right opportunity, Katie stumbled upon a pizza shop that was selling its lease and equipment. This discovery sparked a conversation that would change our lives and bring forth the concept of Slice Bites. Together, we envisioned a place where families in our community could enjoy delicious, fresh, never-frozen, pizza and delectable hoagie sandwiches.
